Old Orchard Country Club – Mt. Prospect, IL

Shot Gun Start at 1:30 PM

· 18 - Hole Green Fee, Golf Cart, lunch hot dog, and dinner will be provided.

· Hot Dog & soft drink at halfway house, Dinner including pasta, Italian sausage, and chicken.

· Contests for longest drive (men and ladies) included.

· The cost is $135/person.

· A voluntary closest to the pin contest will be available at check-in.

· Family and friends are welcome.
